Our year-round focus is on helping these sixteen Partner Ministries.

We encourage them to pursue ministry excellence and assist them by serving as free consultants, connecting them with vendors and resources, providing world class, no-cost training events and much more. We create and execute staff and Board conferences and retreats, regular "Prayer and Share" events that facilitate friendships and collaboration and one-on-one time with ministry executives to mentor, counsel and encourage. It has been our honor to provide Interim Leadership and to help with the search, interview and hiring process for ministry staff and Executive leadership positions.

All of this is in addition to the work we do to create, promote and sustain large community events that give our Partner Ministries a huge platform to promote, recruit and expand in their area of service.

Finally, in addition to being a dependable, like-minded support team, we also support our Partner Ministries financially from the profits of our events; over $1.5 million to date!
